Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we will do what we can to accommodate that. However, due to the nature of our products and the customizations that are printed/engraved on them, we cannot accept any return or exchange for any reason other than the units are defective. Should you receive a batch that has defective units, we will gladly refund or replace the defective units only, not the entire batch, upon the return of those defective units back to Custom Swivel and then us testing them to verify that they are defective. Nonetheless, this should be a very rare occurrence seeing as each unit is individually tested for functionality prior to it leaving our factory.
